Can I buy property in Portugal as a foreigner?
Yes. Foreign buyers can purchase property in Portugal. You will need a Portuguese tax number (NIF), and we recommend an independent lawyer for the legal checks. We coordinate the process with you from the first viewing to the deed.
Can you help me while I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our clients start from abroad. We pre-visit properties, send notes and video, run live video viewings and keep one point of contact throughout.
Do you only show your own listings?
No. When we search for you, we cover the whole market: other agencies, developers, private owners and off-market opportunities.
How do I know what my property is worth?
Request a free valuation. We look at comparable sales and current buyer demand, and give you a realistic selling range and a recommended asking price, with no obligation.
Do you handle visas and residency?
Visa applications are handled by immigration lawyers. Through our advisory service we help you plan your move and introduce you to trusted lawyers and specialists. The final legal and tax position should always be confirmed with them.
